Shipping Destination

At this time All4dance.ca only ships within Canada and not outside the Canadian borders.

 

Shipping Carrier

All4dance.ca uses Canada Post as our primarily shipping carrier and the cost of shipping is calculated by your address, using Canada Posts shipping module with Easy Post.  The cost of shipping usually ranges between $7 to $20 on regular shipped products and Large products usually cost between $20 and $65. 

 

In Store Pickup/Curbside Pickup

We do offer In Store Pick up and Curbside Pickup.  To choose this option, your address must be in Alberta and you will have the option to select your choose when selecting the shipping option.  When choosing Curbside Pickup, make sure to call or text 780-489-4269 to let us know you are ready for us.  If you prefer In Store Pickup, please come into the store and let us know your order is ready for pick up.  You will be notified by both methods when you order is complete and ready for pickup or curbside pickup.

 

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a Full Refund. Refunds are returned using PayPal and not the store payment system.

The return postage is at the Customers own expense.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days days of returning your package, however in many cases you will receive a refund in a few days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Exchange Policy

If you require an Exchange due to ordering the incorrect size, the customer will be required to pay the shipping again for the correct size.

 

Shipped Wrong Products

If you receive products that you did not order or received the incorrect size that you ordered, ALL4DANCE.CA will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
